STORM, so much more than a museum bar!

STORM, on the ground floor of the MAS / Museum aan de Stroom is open 7/7. It is a casual easy-going meeting place attracting locals, museum goers, chance visitors and people working in one of the many nearby offices.

Its interior is a mix of wood, leather, mirrors, oak and concrete. Warm hues dominate: brown, black, grey and old rose. Along one wall there is a large multiplex wall system.

Its sunny terrace creates an instant summer feeling on the Antwerp Eilandje.

We are open daily from 11.00 a.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 10.00 a.m. There is no set closing time, we stay open as long as our customers are having fun!

Drinks

There are six beers on tap and bottled beers from Palm Breweries (Cornet, Steenbrugge, Boon, Palm, Rodenbach,…) and Moortgat (De Koninck, Vedett and Duvel). Our soft drinks are from the key brands (Coca-Cola, Schweppes, Spa, Bionade, Lipton…), complemented a.o. with Oxfam fruit juices. We also offer wine, aperitifs, spirits, Illy coffee and Dammann tea.

Food

Our offering includes small, healthy ‘fast good food’ (soup of the day, ciabattas, sandwiches, wraps, quiches, pasta, salads,…) and for our smallest visitors there are smaller portions of many of our dishes. During the weekend and on public holidays we also serve breakfast.

Events

STORM is an original and contemporary choice for the organisation of events; press conferences, marriages, B2B events, networking events, receptions, (birthday) parties,… we do them all. We also organise ‘public’ parties on a regular basis.

Capacity is maximum 200 people (standing). When the weather is nice, we also offer our terrace; it is a great place to park a food truck!

Events are possible before 10.00 a.m. and after 08.00 p.m.
